As a digital strategist, creative leader, and user experience designer with over 15 years of experience, I shape products, strategies, and services that are rooted in both innovation and empathy.
I’ve had the opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies, helping them evolve and innovate in order to thrive.
As a UX designer, I lead solutions from concept to delivery through iterative, collaborative design processes—always putting users at the center. My work spans a broad range of industries including IT, travel and tourism, the public sector, finance, and entertainment.
While my corporate experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of business development and effective cross-functional teamwork, it has never dimmed my social entrepreneurial spirit.
I’m proud to contribute to meaningful causes as part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. I’m also committed to strengthening South Florida’s tech ecosystem as a UX instructor and career coach at The Idea Center at Miami Dade College—supporting the next generation of tech professionals.
Through my practice at Digistro, I offer hands-on learning experiences for students, small businesses, and corporate teams—from 1:1 coaching and live classes to panels and keynotes. I also design people-first apps, websites, and digital tools, backed by business transformation strategies, infrastructure consulting, and cybersecurity support.
